Elevate is for those who want to take their fitness to the next level or have plateaued and want to up their game. VIP will give you the full TQ training experience. These programs are aimed at anyone who wants to create a life of their own, on their own terms. I cover everything, so even if you've never seen a barbell or workout plan in your life, you'll be able to quickly jump in.
